Is it just me, or do I remember reading somewhere about a claim the new Wembley’s pitch will be completely shade-free apart from the around corner flags?
Well watching the FA Cup today over half the pitch was shrouded in a huge shadow. What’s up with that?!?

They took the decision to close the roof on friday, due to the weather conditions at the time, and what they thought it would be like the following day. They do this for safety reasons.
