” Or maybe you don’t want to think about that, as it woul weaken your own view of what things should be like???”
Assuming you know my mind now is it ?
Condescending tosh. Please don’t involve me in your pishing contest.
You crack on sounding like an up himself snot……
23 March, 2018 at 5:14 pm #1090544Mooosey,
yes. You’re right about the reason.
And I understand that you really don’t have the time to go into such a minuscule argumennt with the same depth(!) as Gerry.
You still get it right. The French company undercut the British.
But that’s not the point, I’m afraid.
The point is that the British passport is an icon of British sovereignty, and the fact that a french company in the process of being taken over by a French defence manufacturer is chasing the British company off the market.
The rest is just the annoying and usual thing of me being forced to work hard when Gerry doesn’t even bother to read his own bloody links.
I know, Ms M, that your sympathies here are entirely with Gerry and against mine. I really doln’t have a problem with either of you for sticking to your guns. That’s been the case since the beginning of the EU campaign, and a lot if people I like and respect in real life take your approach.
I do have a problem with being continually forced to work at things which the original poster should read in the first place without throwing comments about me being a liar. And when I present arguments, that you end up throwing names at me (this is not reciprocated by me to you, please note)
I hope that, despite your opposition to me, you understand that.
23 March, 2018 at 5:17 pm #1090546You are a liar, your initial post on the subject is based on a big fat lie. That lie being that it will cost more to produce the passports. If you tell lies, then expect people to challenge them.
23 March, 2018 at 5:20 pm #1090547Gerry, I’m not chasing up any more links from you. You waste my time because you haven#’t read them or understood them properly.
If someone else thinks that they’re important enough to read and check (and briefly explain why), then I will. But they are hard work, I find the work shows you’ve not read them properly, and I am not wasting any more time with this guy who doesn’t do his homework properly.
23 March, 2018 at 5:21 pm #1090548What a genuine waste of time this loudmouth is! *shakes head
23 March, 2018 at 5:23 pm #1090549Maybe De La Rue who have supplied the passports for the last 5 years did not put in a competitive enough bid ?
They were outbid. Saving 120 million over 5 years. That is a lot of NHS Nurses.

23 March, 2018 at 5:26 pm #1090550You don’t even read the posts properly, do you, you blusterer? Never mind your own links.
What part of piss off, you’re a waste of time do you not understand?
23 March, 2018 at 5:27 pm #1090552@supreme-overlord-paigey now u can visit @blueyedboy WINNING!…
Now that sounds interesting, JN.
I don’t suppose you’ll explain??
Paigey has views on gays which i don’t like, but her posts are often very amusing, don’t you agree?
23 March, 2018 at 5:27 pm #1090555”I know, Ms M, that your sympathies here are entirely with Gerry and against mine.”
You see Scep, it’s the way you word things, deliberately in my opinion, but that is besides the point. I am for Brexit ! It has sod all to do with Gerry ! All the scaremongering we’ve all heard has yet to come to pass…. much to your annoyance I’m sure,
”The point is that the British passport is an icon of British sovereignty, ”
Lol what sovereignty ? If you had your way we would not have any sovereignty !!
Are you sure you haven’t switched sides ? your argument sounds like its coming from a Brexiteer !!!
Shouldn’t you be clambering to keep that trashy maroon coloured thing lol

23 March, 2018 at 5:30 pm #1090561Your sympathies are brexit, like Gerry’s.
What part of that says your influenced by Gerry?
I never said you were, and I don’t think you are.
No I am presenting an argument against Gerry’s waste of my time. I’m not Brexit. I said at the start that I don’t give a damn about who wins the contract. The only thing that bothers me are the employment implications – that workers are being made unemployed by this contract.
