The happy thread

Right!

This is my thread, I declare sovereignty over it, and in my role as sovereign I am mandating that this thread is only used for happy, joyful and bantering postings.

As sovereign of this thread, there are of course a few ground rules.

There will be no talk of politics, religion, strife – there are more than enough threads elsewhere on these boards for that.

There will be no insults…if you feel the need to insult someone, take it elsewhere. If you feel insulted by someone’s banter, take a reality check or take a hike.

And the most important rule of all – all posts will be made with a sense of fun and good intent and will be read in the same manner. Anyone who takes it seriously should get their head out of their arse and get a life. :D

Right that’s the serious stuff over, now let’s start the grand opening party! :D

Let’s see, I have

Sausage rolls – meat and vegetarian of course

and every self-respecting party has to have cheese and pineapple on sticks

and those exploding vol au vents that no-one eats until all the other food has gone

and especially for my favourite man cos I know how much he loves them :wink:

Oops, sorry, couldn’t wait, I had to have a slice :oops:

and a dessert not to be trifled with

the bar is open, help yourself

and there’s fruit drinks for the tee-totallers
