If he’s got any sense, he’ll sneak onto the Underground and get off at St James’ Park. Then all he has to do is jog for 500 metres or so and look suitably heroic.

Well thanks for all your well wishes ;)
I can’t write too much right now, as I am sure you can imagine.
I finished in 5 hours and 59 minutes and am chuffed I was able to keep it under six hours – especially as there were severe shortages of water as we went around!
