Who is going to be posting here on christmas day? Will some of you be sat at your computer with your christmas dinner on your lap, or are you actually going to develop some self control and not turn your computer on for just one day
22 December, 2007 at 9:15 pm #296403Probably me as it’s only me and my dad this year and he’s nightshift christmas night. Neither of us are that fussed about christmas anyway.
Just to give you some advance warning…

My dad is the same he is working all through out christmas. He will be eating his christmas dinner at work already pre-made for him. All he will have to do is stick it in the microwave. He complains every year that he would rather be at home, but he misses the money if he dosent go.
22 December, 2007 at 9:41 pm #296405Hope you’re not getting any funny ideas here….
Difference is, I don’t think my dad would be too fussed if he had to work christmas day and can’t say I would either. Not as if we do the big family thing but we make the effort for my mum cos she loves christmas – gutted for her that she’s got to work and won’t even get home cos she doesn’t work in the town.
23 December, 2007 at 1:27 am #296406I’ll probably pop in to talk about the soaps and stuff lol!! And of course to see if you have all had a nice time.
And to send love and warmth to the lonely.

No, I never get what I want and it’s probably just as well since I usually spend christmas with my folks.
