    thin ice

    we all have lil events happening in our life
    that we consider a big occasion
    why not share yours with us all

    next sat im going to a wedding
    its my nephew and his gorgeous girl friend
    country hotel for the vows
    with the reception in a marque in the grounds
    its going to be a good day
    hope the sun shines
    its going to be lovely nosh with the champers flowing
    cant wait :D

    Sounds lovely thin… hope the weather holds for you. My daughter got married last August very similar to your planned event… it rained but still it was a lovely day.

    I have had a few events this year but nothing special planned for the future…. have a holiday booked which will be nice… oh and a barbecue next week…. does that count :)

    My niece is going to be 2 at the end of this month…big occasion for me as she ‘rocks’ my world!!

    My mum’s 60th Party
    My step sisters 50th Party
    My sisters 40th Party
    My Step sisters 25th Wedding Anniversary Party
    oh and Ladies Day at the geegees.

    A London/Theatre break for my birthday next month.
    Holiday in August….although not booked yet will be last minute…due to work commitments and health issues.
    Wedding in October…looking forward to wearing my new cream Sari my mum bought me back from India last month, it’s absolutely beautiful. :lol:
