jones played well first innings.. i have no problems with his batter.. i have more worrys with him behind the stumps… not got confidence in him
i got a fiver on freddy being man of the ashes… looks like my money is safe.. offered 9-1 too at the start… also another fiver on him being top run scorer at 30-1.. so could’nt beleive my luck at that,
think we would miss jones next match though, not sure anderson can do a good a job as him… but same sort of bowler, so i am thinking he is the one to replace him
if i remember right, the oval is a batting pitch.. so we might see it go the full 5 days.. and maybe england will go for the draw and bat out if they manage to get in
