Might as well get rid of the women, they are only going to get up the duff and leave

Frankly they are all bloody unemployable. Grossly self congratulatory; totally unable to accept responsibility; always ready and eager to blame others; and best of all ….. blatantly lying on a CV AND getting caught out at it! What a moron.

They are a bunch of dysfunctional, unskilled, bloody awful misfits. One is almost innarticulate, one can’t spell; one is unbelievably manipulative; and one is a latent hysteric.

Personally I think he should fire the bloody lot.

I think alan would if it weren’t on tv.

Seen Tre on the weakest link earlier, still the same eager to win approach and getting excited at the prospect. 4th aint bad.

I was quite surprised, I thought he would pick claire. Not that I cared in the end, either of them were the best of the 4.

I was amazed at Alan picking the ”barrow boy” particularly since he blatantly lied on his CV and could hardly string three words together.

With his constant protestation that “”You know me Sir Alan, I always deliver” he would be better fitted for a career in obstetrics & gynaecology.

It’s also a bloody shame that both blokes clearly have never been taught to shave properly by their Mummys.

BTW: I do find it really hard to believe that out of a total of over 2,000 applicants, these 16 were the best ones that the producers could come up with.

I suppose he lives up to the name of the program and is going to be an actual apprentice… there to learn and aspire and not pretending he knows everything already.

His “lie” was immature and funny and really no worse than some of the ones told week in week out by everybody else in the board room when they all turned on each other.

Anyone in business who watches the “show” knows there are a lot of people out there who say they can do the job, their “cv” backs them up.

    But …………..

When it comes down to doing the actual “job” few justify there “cv”.

I offend find with university gradates like the one’s on this “show”, the only thing they are good at is “pasting the buck” or “back biting”.

I’m not surprise by the people on this “show”, most “go/getters” are the same.

The program shows us all that the 1980’s “greed is good “attitude is still there and the reason for the “credit crunch”, all that matter to young people trying to succeed in business is themselves.

You should all have a long hard think about the candidates on this show and watch them with fear, in a few years people like them will be running your banks, utility companies and government departments.

I don’t think theres a great deal between Alex, Lee and Claire, but i still believe Simon is better suited to the job.

I think what tipped it for Lee, was his absolute willingness to listen and learn.

I think Lee believes, that because he didn’t have a good education, he know’s he has to learn.

The competition is to be an apprentice. An apprentice who will suceed, is willing to learn.

I REALLY loved the moment Alan told Lee he was hired, Lee was so overwhelmed, he clenched his fists, you could feel it really meant something to him in his heart.

But why didn’t he thank Alan for a £2,000 a week job?? Alan sat back in his chair looking aghast waiting for a thankyou, well done Lee !!
