I have to agree with the internet. It fascinates me that i can chat, in simitlaineous real time to someone in USA, someone in Canada. Someone in Aus and someone in Alaska!
Dunno what I would do without the internet………….skype with my ‘youngsters’ at least twice a week – haven’t seen my son in person for nearly a year, but I feel I am with him via this contraption!! Oh, and skyplus! :lol:
the invention of printing, and of the gramophone player…I read and read, love to listen to my music..
I do NOT like kindle etc etc, and cd players reduce the quality of the music I listen to.
the internet has become essential, as it allows me to look for the latest books and music lol
also allows me to keep in touch with people, albeit in a very very limited way..I guess I’d go barmy otherwise

Have a look at play.com – same price as Amazon, but NO postage and packaging and they also do second-hand books! :) x

No its not my list Lucy. Tesco mobile carried out a survey of 4000 people and this was the list.
I’m guessing that 59 was fish fingers ?

I would put the telephone above the internet as without it it wouldnt have existed.
