This is England surely their first language must now be English – if they have moved here permanently:x if she wants to wear a veil on her face then she should go back to where she belongs and another point is some children who have hearing and/or communication problems and some types of autism read makaton and reads lips to communicate how can they do this if a teacher has her face covered if she doesnt like dress code in british schools then thats her problem not ours we prefer our children to see a teacher with a happy smiling face that they can hear properly :x

With respect Tiler, I don’t see this argument being about whether the majority of kids at the school are from ethnic backgrounds. I see it as more her changing the goal posts once she’s been appointed.
The interview for the post was conducted with a MAN, there was NO VEIL worn at the interview. Whichever way you want to see it, it does make a difference. If she was so insistent on wearing her veil, ”in the presence of men” (her words) then why did she not wear it at the initial interview, fact is, she didn’t.

If you choose to live in this country then conform to our way of life and beliefs. If you dont like it then dont come here of fook off back to where you came from.
Alternatively, how about we reintroduce capital punishment for those who would try and impose their culture upon us, as surely that is treason by stealth?
