7 January, 2008 at 7:42 pm #301617Thought you’d like that one sunny. Things can only get better under Big Eck, remember his comments when he took the Scotland job? We just kept rising up the rankings before he had taken charge of his first game and he said: ‘If we never play another game, we could be number one’
Only problem is, Birmingham have tried not playing and it’s not doing them much good  Seriously though, if he can handle the insane pressure of Rangers where he was expected to perform miracles with a pretty average team (at best) he can handle the ups and downs of the premiership :D

7 January, 2008 at 7:59 pm #3016191-0 in Paris suggests he knows what he’s doing 8)
Apparently he’s after Hemdani – a valuable asset for the Gers in midfield for european games and play at the back as well I think. Seemingly Boyd could be joining him.

Ive watched Cahill for years. He’s a great player.
7 January, 2008 at 8:51 pm #301622Boyd’s really good when he’s on form – terrific finisher with a great scoring record especially for someone his age. But he can be lazy and all too often if he ain’t scoring goals then there’s no contribution. He has his moments but he’s no Naismith or Darcheville who’ll give 110% and know how to score goals.
Big talking point is Kris Boyd. Goalscorers are an asset, passengers aren’t. Bit like Daniel Cousin in that regard, flatters to deceive sometimes.
Should also add, Big Eck got the best out of him. Think he scored near 20 goals between the January transfer window and the end of that season.
