FFS Martins scored 9 goals in 28 games last season
WOW – how prolific – but hold on he socred 2 goals in 8 Champions League matches as well
WOW again – i’m impressed – no wonder Inter put him about 5th in the pecking order this season

I bet you rate Adriano though, yeh? He played all of last season and scored 13 goals..Martins barely played last season, due to huge injuries and what not..How can you even comment when you haven’t ever seen him play a full 90 minutes?
Martins signed a long-term contract with the Italian giants in 2005 (until 2010) worth around €2.5 million annually[2] and continued his good form for Inter, before heading out to play for Nigeria in the African Nations Cup. Nigeria finished third in the tournament, losing to Ivory Coast 1-0 in the semi finals. Martins scored two goals in the competition, both coming against Senegal in the first round.
Although he had some success with Inter, scoring 48 goals for the club in 88 league games games and 11 goals in europe , the young Nigerian handed in a transfer request in August 2006. This was due to Inter bringing in two new strikers, first Hernán Crespo was brought in on loan from Chelsea and then Zlatan Ibrahimovic was bought by Inter from relegated Juventus[3].
Oh yeh..He is so cr.ap

There you go, now watch him
And by the way..He handed in a transfer request, dumb nuts..He wasn’t put anywhere in the peckin order..He would have probably been 3rd choice after ibrahimavic and adriano, but in my opinion, he is better than ibramivach
28 August, 2006 at 12:00 am #237775i could have scored most of them :) honestly i think hes a good player, but i really do think he will struggle in england, african footballers have a tendency to be very lazy, and you gotta work hard in the prem

You could have? I highly doubt it lol…If people go by that, then Ruud was basically a poor player….He is one of the fastest footballers in football . I’ve always been a fan of him..I’m glad he is in the premier league.
