    5pm got home, get in track bottoms and am getting ready for the football 8)

    now watching football :D

    Now I’m gonna get a shower

    heat up some pitta bread and have it with sliced cheese, garlic sausage, salad and taramasalata…. washed down with a mint venetta

    watched with either Lee Evans live in scotland or a film called City of god.

    then brush teeth, floss, mouthwash and bed 8)
