Are you serious??? The late Page (allegedly) wasn’t a Forum 3 user???

So the entire Forum was a weeping and a wailing for somebody that not only did they not know at all, but didn’t chat to either as she didn’t use their Forum. This just gets better and better eh?

She did use Forum Three but it was during the day mainly.
She struck me as a very nice person (but my judge of character is sadly lacking of late).
She always greeted me with friendliness and didn’t strike me as an unhappy person.
She spoke to many of the daytime users.

Also there is a clear asumption that “Page” is female …. but since nobody has ever met or seen “her” ….. how do you know???

I think some people had spoke to her on the phone,and i don’t think many people on this site can fake a womans voice quite like you PB……….nice bit of phone fun last night btw :shock:

Still not had an answer why the doubters don’t like people paying their respects.

i could be wrong i very often am but after reading pats initial post about lobby and forums etc i think she referred to the rooms as forums so forum 3 in this scenario i assume would be either 50’s or lounge depending on if she counted the lobby seperately, but yes page did use forum 3 room 1 Lobby, but rarely the other rooms.

I saw the user “Page” in F3 lobby on a regular basis during the day, Pats and Sunny don’t use F3 during the day so I think that is where the mis-understanding happened and I wasnt in the room but can imagine what happened when how dare they try to chat about something other than the gossip :lol:

I think this thread is a double standards from JC. Sorry to name names but I remember both Butterfly and ChatguideJA unfortunately passing away and the threads raised in their memories were very different to this one. I also know that certain family members did log on and read the tributes left to their family member and maybe got some comfort from it.

Just because a regular poster/chatter/guide or forum host does not personally know the chatter who has died does that mean it must be a wind up :?: :?: I remember in 40s there being a minutes silence for both Butterfly and Chatguide JA. Do we now have to produce a death certificate in order for the people to show some respect :?:

Just Chat should make up it’s mind what this chatsite is supposed to be for either an online community or a place for people to verbally attack and try and get one over each other.
This site at the moment just seems to be an attacking place.

If I only had days/hours to live would I take the trouble to post on here :?: :?: No idea I hope not to be in that position for quite some time to have to decide. But a friend who I used to work with (real life) recently passed away but he had the time to make contact with old friends before he was moved into a hospice…. so maybe I would tell my online friends in private or msn. I’m sure that if anything happened to Pats (only saying you cos I know you will follow what I’m on about) that Sunny would be told by Mr Pats, Sunny may tell Fastcars tell Chess etc etc etc… then a thread would go up to tell those who don’t go in the rooms as much.

Just Chat created the STD forum to cut down on the insults creeping to all other threads.. why can’t we have Births, Marriges, Deaths, announcements like we used to???

Also, maybe “user names” have a life span as well as “users” so if someone wants to recarnate their personality why not :?: They must have been boring to have to do so :shock:
