Stately Homes and Gardens

I don’t get so much time as i used to to visit a lot of ‘haunts’ i used to..especially belonging to the National Trust but i always make the effort and visit one of my favorite places once a year…namely: Stour-Head in Wiltshire. feel free to share your favorite places. I love  Stour-Head because it is referred to as a living work of art…a man made lake dotted with carefully designed and positioned structures to get great vantage points over the views.
