eaxactly, my personal option is to have a number of different user name log ins.. one i use tottaly for porn which is password protected, if the girlfriend asks, i just say thats my work log in i use to do all my importent stuff on
that sounds too complicated for me
i just wipe me puter at the end of every session :lol:
and the keyboard too

On a serious note use a registry cleaner, and also do a disc defragmentation that will sort all the files you want to save and sort the crap out for you. Just go through your start up menu, all programs and its something after that (sorry that was about as crap as the other answers!)

Download a program called “Advanced WindowsCare”
That’ll sort out all your PC’s problems :)
When you scan, you’ll see where it says “See details” below “Startup” something or other, click on that and you can untick all the programs that automatically start up.
As well as that, it’ll clean & repair your registry, your harddrive, your system, it’ll rid of spyware, protect your computer from security threats and more.
