My pc takes about 20 mins to reach the desktop when i turn it on. I asked a mate for help and he said ive got too many unnecessary programs starting up when i switch on. Heres his advice……….
Click on “Start” then,
Click on “Run”
Then type in, “misconfig” and i should be able to solve problem from there.
CODSWOLLOP!!!
When i type it in it says, “Cannot find the file “misconfig”(or one of its components) Make sure the path and file name is correct and that all required libraries are available”Can anyone help??

Just type “Registry Cleaner” in a Search Engine. There are plenty of free ones.
i use this one …. never had any probs
not sure why ur msconfig don’t work tho :(
this might help….or not :?
open ur control panel hermy……go to.add remove programmes.any thin u dont recognise.or dont use….delete..then re boot.
