Why do new labour hate the English?

22 April, 2008 at 8:45 am #330829Disgraceful, I do agree with PB to a certain extent but on the other hand we should be able to fly our flags in a parade anywhere, In leicester they celebrate diwali big style, (whites not welcome) why can’t we do our thing!?
Diwali!

St Georges Parade (with police escorts)
22 April, 2008 at 10:14 am #330830If I was English I’d probably be saying that I could march through wherever the hell I liked on the Queen’s highway in my own country to celebrate my Patron Saint’s day.
To hell with offending some stupid immigrant, and to hell with some stupid alternative route. Come to this country, accept the customs, or bugger off.
I aint English though, so I wont.

22 April, 2008 at 10:38 am #330832Yes but it’s always the same old same old isn’t it??
A group of people decide to organise some sort of march or parade which they say is to “celebrate” whatever their issue is (in this case St George’s day). Invariably the demo / march / parade is routed through an area specifically chosen so as to make a point – or simply just to piss off a section of the community.
Inevitably there is a local reaction or counter demonstration of some sort … whereupon the organisers throw their collective hands up in horror and bleat on about their so-called rights or freedoms being curtailed etc etc.
Why they aren’t more open and simply admit that they want to get some free Media coverage for their cause or that they just want to organise a bloody great fist fight with whoever is on the wrong end of their demo.
The whole thing has an air of inevitability about it.
22 April, 2008 at 10:50 am #330833yeh but why should english people ALWAYS have to tek into account the muslims when we organise anythin????we have a bloody mosque a hundred yards from our house….do they ask if we mind when they spent a day wailin an prayin thro loudspeakers as well to boot! an clogging the streets up with their taxis…….complete wif disabled sticker in window  an the bloody kids run riot while the elders or wailin?NOOOOOOOO………plus it puts me off my breakfast wen the ave a funeral an parade the body past in an open coffin fa everyone to see on a regular basis. pah!
