OOhh They’re my solicitors too .. recently stopped me doing a 10 stretch for relieving my gran of her thermals..(well its cold) and she’d been dead a fair few hours :shock:

Removal of thermals Act 1997 states

Thermals shall not be removed from relatives until such time as a legal proclamation of deceasingness is signed and triplicated or the temp falls to -15 C when an immediate relative may remove those items not covered by other clothing, unless said clothing contains a minimum of 15% winceyette.
