i dont think of the future much, as it just takes me to a negitive place atm, i mean i am waiting for therepy, what i have been waiting for about 6 ms+

not sure SCEP i think it is just talking about probs, i mean i know cbt is good for ocd and anxioty, i will just have to see

I had cbt.
It’s good in some ways, but they have found that it’s got weaknesses.
It’s not the cure-all it was once thought.
I’ll say more if needed.

No problem when some one a happy chap. Problem perhaps during serious perhaps conversation for many, is that some jokes may not be funny at the time..or wanted when some one down, hurting or serious for them.
Time and place for everything. It is when to know to use it.
