agreed but then parents will bring up this ADHD thing and claim that its stressful for them and they like to smoke to ease the stress

and dont dare anyone say that the kids can inhale the smoke in the streets! because you are talking out of your backside if you really believe that the nasty mean tobacco smoke is worse than the lovely clean fumes coming from cars and buses?
We need petrol fumes whilst governments wont allow electric cars.

GET YOU TRYING TO BE ALL SENSIBLE FOR ONCE!!!!!!
We are all going to die.
Ban smoking and the national health service’s knees will buckle more than they are now……………….. in years to come.
I know loads of people who have died, young and old, some from Cancer, some from heroin, some from enjoying a game of table tennis and keeling over (never smoked in his life btw….)
I am not being told by anybody where I can smoke. If I can buy them in the shop, I will smoke them where I like………..
So………… stick that in yer pipe.
30 January, 2007 at 11:52 pm #258214We are a civilized nation. Civilized people don’t smoke. Vicious, uncaring animals smoke.
Hang the lot of ’em!

Sorry, I forgot how civilised you were (until I just read some of your replies to other threads tonight)

Sharon whilst i agree with you that you should be allowed to smoke wherever you like obviously within reason.
if it is against the law for you to do so then someone will be telling you to put it out and then eventually you will be arrested all over a smoke? seriously just find somewhere where you are allowed to smoke, be it in your house or garden…
im a smoker, but if the law says i cant smoke in a certain place then i wont.
il just buy me ciggies, smoke them at home in my garden! on the land i pay for! grrr
non smokers i find honestly believe that they wont die, only smokers die! only smokers get heart attacks….your time will come!!!
31 January, 2007 at 2:52 am #258219I agree TM and if you read my post I also do not smoke in my house either.
But…………….. obesity kills more people than smoking.
It is (as PB said earlier) really hypocritical of the government to impose a ban on doing something they have no intention of stopping the sale of!
Where is the science?!
