Today is my anniversary as a non-smoker, 17 whole months of being smoke free!
11421 cigarettes NOT smoked, Lifetime saved 2 months, 27 days and 5 hours and money saved £3008.64.I dont think it will make any difference if pictures are shown on packets or even if a graphic television advert is shown to stop people smoking. I knew all the risks when I smoked I chose to smoke. The only way to stop smoking is to actually WANT to stop.
Congratulations..Blimey what an acheivment! good for you! x
Thanks PP xx am pretty chuffed at myself  I just wish i knew where all the money had gone that I had saved

((Pete)) I was stressed out with work and problems with my homelife just as i started to stop smoking but I was determined not to give in. Your problems will still be there if you do or dont have a ciggy so you might as well not have one x
