Both being single and in a relationship have there good and bad points. I settled don when I was quite young and subsequntely we drifted apart after 7 years. After that I spent the next seven years working and playing hard. It was great 8) I counted it as the best time of my life, great career, decent salary, nice home, nice car, 2 hols a year etc etc. But sometimes it could be so lonely. I hid behind a ‘I have all this’ mentality, ‘I don’t need anyone in my life’. Then along came hubby and bambino and the rest they say is history. Wouldn’t change my seven years that I was single, but wouldn’t wish to go back to them.
you are where you for a reason things come and go, take it for what it is a learning curve never change the past, and allways make a future………….

well, I love being single… love it, mind you my last relationship was Abusive just annoyed it took me so long to get out of it…. had the feeling i made my bed and lie in thought…. now well, its a hard graft but worth being safe and my kids being safe now… im not intrested in another man because of the fear i have to Trust them…. !!!

sorry to hear that mj,relationships can cause a lot of heartache eh,personally myself id like to turn the clock back and try again,but its not to be i guess,you will regain your trust in time
I’m single and fairly content. But the thing that baffles me is why I’m single. I’m generally a nice guy (fair enough, I ain’t much of a looker but I’ve got cash and as Billy Connolly once said ‘F**k handsome, rich wins’) I’m respectful, honest and trustworthy. If I found myself someone special I’d treat her with all the respect that she deserves and she’d be the centre of my world.
Just so long as I get some regular, I mean fair’s fair after all.
