yea..im the same…i don’t really care about putting on any weight..
Ive tried nearly every smoking aid there is….and none of them worked. i don’t have the will power for it.
i read the Alan Carr book…and that did it for me …..lasted 9 months that time…
but its not working again.
there driving me mad.

yea..i do believe it will happen when it happens.
there is no point picking a day and trying to stick to it. for me…that just makes me mad :roll: :roll:
im at the stage now were the smoking is making me vomit, so i would say my quitting day is not to far away :lol: :lol: :lol:
