Paedophile teacher jailed for rape

Neil Challis sat expressionless in the dock at Derby Crown Court as a judge gave him an indeterminate sentence and told him to serve a minimum of seven years behind bars.The 35-year-old from Chester Green, Derby, was arrested in January after his eight-year-old rape victim, who was not one of his pupils, told her parents.
Police searched his home and found hundreds of indecent images of young girls on his computer, some in the very worst “grade five” category. A number of the images were of his sex attacks.
Challis, who taught at 13 schools across Derbyshire, had used a camera to secretly take pictures of some of the pupils he taught, the court heard.
After his arrest, he admitted six charges of rape and four charges of indecent assault of a child.
He also pleaded guilty to charges of taking indecent pictures of a child and the possession of 1,000 indecent images of a child.
Sentencing Challis, Judge Rosalind Bush told him: “The offences that you have committed and for which I am about to sentence you were despicable, particularly in relation to (the young rape victim).
“You made sure that you got yourself into such a position of trust with her family where she was available to you at all times, whenever you wanted sexual gratification.
“There was nowhere in her life where she was safe from you. You were everywhere and abusing her everywhere, in her home, in your home. There was nowhere she was safe from you. There was no refuge. You corrupted everything in her life and when you started she was only five years old.”

Mary this kind of thing sickens me, as I,m sure it does everyone else. This filthy piece of scum should be locked away for the rest of his miserable life. No parole, no time off for “good behaviour”, just stay and rot in prison, in a solitary cell, 24 hours a day for the rest of his life. Normally I,d scream for the death penalty, but that aint gonna happen so rotting in prison has got to be the best option. Take some comfort from knowing that he,ll be given a very hard time inside. Other prisoners, even hardened criminals, can,t abide nonces. The prison guards often turn a blind eye if they get done over. Lets just hope he gets cornered in the shower one day, and someone shoves a chair leg up his arse. Then he might have some idea of the pain that little girl went through. yeah Bat agree with ya, but he will have a happy time in prison, i mean he’ll have access to internet, games, tv’s, books, pool tables, will be a sweet ride fir him…
bring back JAIL which means jail, each bassa should be stripped of this human rights..!!! 6 x 6 cell locked up 23 hrs let out for a walk fir an hr..!! basic food, nar frills, prison means prison and not an effin holiday camp like it is..!!

Haha@table leg lol. I agree totally, hey maybe both!! Seriously though, he shouldn,t have ANY human rights, because anyone who can do this kind of thing to a defenceless child, isn,t human. He should be given the bare mimimum. A matress on the floor with a scratchy old flea ridden blanket, a bucket to do his “buisness” in, forced to slop out every day, lumpy lukewarm porridge for breakfast, a dry bread roll for lunch and watery, gristly mince and sloppy mash for tea. Water to drink and thats it. No computers, books, telly, nothing. Just let him sit in his cell, looking at 4 blank walls every day for the rest of his life. I sincerely hope he suffers considerably in prison and that his time spent at Her Majestys pleasure is a thoroughly unpleasant one. :evil:
