OH i also missed off Alcoholics off my list of people who drain the NHS and should be left to die!
Everyone deserves help no matter what. What if it was your mother, sister, father, brother or even CHILD!
Kids who are old enough to know better then go and climb up a tree to fall out time and time again. I had a friend that when she didnt get her own way she would jump off the carport roof! 3 times all in all she did it so after the first time she didnt learn her lesson….let her remain broken?!?! Who are we to say she deserves to die.
We need what America do and WORK! to earn health insurance that pays for it, then maybe some people wouldnt HINDER the NHS! :roll:@becky wrote:

We could send all wobbly lard arses to a fat camp till they get down to near human sized proportions and then adapt the tagging concept for them
Put a tag around their neck set to a certain size, IF they then choose to continue eating themselves to death then when their neck exceeds the size of the necklace tag they will strangle themselves, at which point a sensor monitoring their pulse will page a skip hire company to cart the carcass to the local morgue or slaughter house depending on who is best equiped to dispose of it
Youre still letting them CHOOSE what they do and how they eat, the consequences are just a bit less ignorable :)
It could also give them an electric shock every second their BMI is above that of a teenage hippopotamus, that’d work too :D :D
When your friend jumped off the carport roof she had to go to the hospital to get fixed. This woman cannot have the surgery she needs unless she loses twelve stone.
Going on the information given the NHS have already paid out thousands to help her do this, but she put it all back on again..why? she says because the funding was withdrawn. I wonder why she or the people around her didn’t do something at that time. She has also refused to see a shrink.
So NO I don’t see why the NHS should pay (again) when there are other alternatives to help her shed the weight so that she can get the surgery she needs.
I dont feel like this because she is fat Becky it’s because – from the information I have read – she wants everyone else to put the work in AND pay for it.

Maybe big fat porkers should be forced to jump off Becky’s carport roof …. straight onto a bacon slicer!
You could transport them on specially reinforced flatbed lorries (UGO could drive) and lift them up onto the roof with a forklift.
Look !!! There they go …..wobble wobble …. jump …. WHUMPPP ….flobber, slurp,splosh …. wheeeeeee (as the bacon slicer removes several inches of blubber).
Flogging the sliced off blubber as pet food would cover the cost. If dog food is made from whale blubber …. why not lardass blubber???
