A1. Has it been proven, that racial hatred occured due to the words spoken at that meeting, no. Not one single person welcomed by BNP policy, has caused racial hatred due to words spoken.
A2. Whilst racial hatred has not occured, incitement has not been proved.
B. Should the BBC be in court for publishing “incitement to racial hatred”?
