Right now we’ve got that out of the way…..any more news on the girl :?: :?: As I fail to see what yellow ribbons and posies are doing to help find her :?: :?: Don’t they think they would do better scouring the fields looking for clues as it appears the police out there need all the help they can get…..a bit like Smiley judging from his last post..me too I suppose as his scientific reasoning damn near convinced me :!:

Sweet, I’m glad you’ve finally, after all this time, started reading my posts how they should be read (with a real, caring agenda behind them!!)
I agree with Sweet 100% here. How are yellow ribbons & posies helping her? Tell me how.
But more importantly, tell me how yellow ribbons & posies are HELPING HER PARENTS?
Has she been found? No! Has she been found dead? No!
So, let me get this straight…
Her dead body has NOT been found, but instead of pumping in tons of funding and hiring volunteer search teams by having an international-press conference asking for volunteers, which costs NOTHING… To search for her inch by inch by inch by inch…….
……………People have simply shrugged their shoulders, said to themselves “Oh well. She’s gone. Doesn’t matter!” and sent in yellow ribbons and posies… Despite her having a 99.9% chance of still being live (If her body isn’t found, then, to me, she still has a 99.9% chance of being alive, if she was dead, he body would be found !!)….
Everybody except for Sweet & I are evil communist bastards who obviously do not care about this little girl or her parents.
“Oh well. Doesn’t matter!”? You should be ashamed of yourselves. You bunch of EU-loving arse-suckers.
13 May, 2007 at 9:30 am #269880I heard today in 40,s that apparantly the shutters on the windows in the apartment, were NOT broken and that the patio doors had been left open, thus making it easy for the intruder to get in and take the little girl. Surely this can,t be true?
13 May, 2007 at 9:52 am #269881Well compared to the truth that TWO parents left 3 children under 4 alone in a hotel room in a foreign country so they could have an uninterrupted romantic meal I think the window shutters being left open pales into insignificance on the disbelievable truths scale really
I wonder if the police checked the parents phone call and text logs to see who they contacted between checking on her when she was there and checking when she wasnt to try and trace the recipient of a “OOPS sorry, you were right we had forgotten to leave her bedroom shutters open, but its fixed now” message
13 May, 2007 at 10:03 am #269882I noticed in one of today’s papers, the headline was ‘Look into her eyes’ with a picture of her eyes across the middle of the page. So I did, not really knowing why, assuming it was maybe a guilt trip that we all had to suffer even though it’s nothing to do with us, but apprently it’s cos she has a blemish in one of her eyes – which I still took time to notice even after I read it. So it must be even more difficult to notice in passing.
Strikes me as clutching at straws, they’re concerned that her abductor may have changed her appearance. In which case, there could be loads of wee girls out there who have a similar blemish in an eye who might be Maddie, is the theory to report every single one that’s seen on the off chance?
13 May, 2007 at 10:19 am #269883LOL, but I’m male, IF I looked that closely at a girl her age I would probably be hauled off on suspicion of being a kiddy fiddler haha
Infact, whats the betting some kiddy fiddlers DO try to use that as an excuse if they get taken to task before doing anything they couldnt explain away
“But your honour, I was only giving her sweets and letting her sit on my lap in the car because I wanted to look closely into her eyes to see if she was that girl who went missing in Spain I was”
13 May, 2007 at 10:42 am #269884Yes Bat, it was said there were no signs of “forced entry”. They are saying maybe she wondered out by herself to a nearby supermarket and was taken there. WHEN her parents left her alone in that room the could of at LEAST made sure the 3 children were securly locked in at the very very least. Another sign of neglect that they couldnt even leave their kids alone properly!!!!!
13 May, 2007 at 10:59 am #269885I,ve just watched this on Sky news.

I hope he,s right, but somehow I don,t think so. Whoever took her, has had ample time to get her well away by now. And I still think the parents don,t look very grief stricken. I,d be in a terrible state by now. Unless they are putting on a brave front for the media. Even so, I wouldnt be able to face anyone.
