It is barbaric.
Great to know you’d rather have a murderer free to rape and kill people than let your son have justice.
Dunno how you do things in France, but over here we don’t like murderers much.
=D>
Tell you what i have always said the punishment should be handed to the victims families, so to me this seems a fair sentence.

So you’re against a 16 year old boy getting justice for his father’s murder?
I am aganst it when it is done this way. :(
Yes, by all means, have the killer executed, but to allow a young boy to become a killer himself in carrying out the execution is unbelievable.
But you did suggest a firing squad in your post Tox, and I think that would be a better way of doing things.
The boy is not a murderer as he did not kill an innocent human being.
Re-read my post, I never said the boy was a murderer – I said he became a KILLER. As in ‘he killed someone’ Fact.
I don’t care if he was avenging his father’s murder, a teenager should not be allowed to exact revenge in that way.
I don’t like murderers, and I don’t feel sorry for whatever punishment they bring upon themselves, I just think it should be up to experienced adults to carry out the punishments.

You have no problem killing one of God’s creatures – But you have a problem giving a young boy justice.
The sooner humans learn that criminals are not like us, and do not deserve human rights, and do not have spirits, and will not be allowed into heaven, and are disciples of satan and need to begone from this Earth, the better!
All I can say is, may god forgive you all for going up against him and siding with the forces of evil, let our lord jesus christ give you strength to fight the demons within you, let him guide you to the light, may he have mercy on your unchristian souls who would steal justice away from a young boy in the name of the father of all lies.
Please state exactly where I have sided with the forces of evil…..
Anyway – I thought God was always big on forgiveness???
Not that I advocate forgiveness for a murderer, but surely it is possible to make peace with the situation without climbing down to their level.
I wouldn’t want my son’s to kill anyone, even if it was to avenge something against me.
3 May, 2006 at 8:52 pm #212806I found it most impressive that TAD and Becky (two of our less than positive proponents of immigration and multiculturalism) supported the Sharia law imposed sentence- far be it from me to suggest they were jesting!

I gather you are about to become a mother Tad … Maybe your opinions will soften a bit once your child is older. I personally could not bear to see my children having to be put through this. As Squeezy said, they – and I – would have live with it for the rest of our lives.
Taking a live is wrong, full stop.
I am already a mother, i have 2 children and this one on the way.
Point is its hardly cold blooded, it was an execution. So are all the guards in the world who flick the switch on sparky, or those Docs who administer lethal injections murderers too?4 May, 2006 at 6:53 am #212808@slayer wrote:

It has nothing to do with race, i am against crime in general. Murder is the most devastating of all crimes. I believe in an eye for an eye.
This has nothing to do with personal feelings towards immigrants, as i have explained, i dont like them because i have yet to see a sincere one.
