You’re not wrong. They cannot be charged with anything (by anybody) as they are not held within the legal jurisdiction of any country. It’s a really clever idea – all those money hungry sharks…. sorry lawyers, who can’t get their hands on anybody’s money for conjuring up some sort of bleeding heart defence.
Now THAT’S torture !!!
President Bush was at the UN yesterday telling everyone about the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It seems ever so slightly hypocritical for him to lecture the world about human rights.
