Can you believe my house is still not on the market coz they are still processing the stupid HIP! It has been a week now since I instructed the estate agents to sell. It takes the pee!

why do ppl always dive right in and think they need to use estate agents anyhow , its not law , put it on the net , both sides save a fortune
It is worth less than it was a little while ago but there is a shortage of housing apparently so it should sell. I am not too worried how much profit I make to be honest. I have a lot of equity in the house and I won’t be buying for a while as my little sister is buying me a house :D
