    christmas 2004 i went to edinburgh for the weekend , found these little shops across the road from the main shopping centre who sold all sorts of whisky based liquers, they were wonderful lol specially the free samples ………yum

    Old Pulteney……hmmmmmmmm. Dad’s fav used to be Glenfiddick and nothing, but nothing would tempt him away from that, no matter what we bought….til I bought him this one.. Pleased to say there is a bottle in my cupboard now…well, half a bottle :lol:

    Hubby collects malt whiskys………………..hes got a few but the one he had and regrets drinking is a Glengoyne 30yr old………………no longer produced………..heheheehe

    I have tasted most of those mentioned and particularly like the Cardu.

    Please note, the glasses of whisky at the entrance to the site contain ice. Your father will not be pleased! Mind you on a day like today, the only difference between water and ice is about 5 minutes *phew*
