There’s always the regular S Coast meet
9 July, 2010 at 7:49 pm #442889I have discovered my dog is having a litter of puppies on the third of august, she needs me around for the first few days, so it looks like i will miss the planned meet in Ayr seventh of august however i see no reason why the meet should not carry on. Adele lives close by the venue and will be able to arrange things for folks who need accomodation either at the Station Hotel the venue or at a nearby travel lodge. Ayr is lovely place with a super beach and will make a good day out only one hour from Glasgow, not far over the border all of a sudden a spate of meets appear ie, London againnnnnn roomies come from all over the UK this emphasis of roomies from London having the meets there is a bit one sided then a Newcastle meet againnnnnn, and cosy wants one in black pool because he will not have to travel, i was looking forward to Ayr meet but unfortuneatley will miss it now.
However i am sure a few scottish roomies and welsh english roomies can find their way to a day or two by the seaside music beach and food partytime for just chat roomies away from the smog put names on boards if you are coming for me to pass on to Adele, i thankyou.

9 July, 2010 at 11:29 pm #442891Scotttish meet and not one comment about it instead you talk about previous encounters surely that should be on another board ?? people in Australia drive further to a days work than people in just chat do to go to a meet lol To answer u rosepetal i live on my own and have 4 dogs who need out and fed as well as the one having puppies, i am begininng to think i prefer to remain virtual online and leave room meets to others, i am happy with this situation.I watched people going to last London meet they were back in the room after midnight so hence had i travelled all that way to London for a meet for it to be over in a matter of hours for me not not worth the eneregy, and of course 12 hours travel home, afraid not my idea of fun a pub is a pub whether in london or bristol edinburgh swansea newcastle birmingham, why London ???because the roomies in London get home with no hassles of travel.or expense incurred by the rest of the UK. I honestly hope that other meets get noticed and participated in but none of the comments regarding scottish meet have anything whatsoever to do with the upcoming meet please refrain from private convos on this a board and post for roomies coming to AYR meet i thankyou,
