i just bought my mum out of africa for mothers day… (the film, that is… idid’nt have to buy her from africa)

i spent hours looking for beaches…. cause lucky told me too.. i got as far as brighton.. and gave up

now so hello.. me in for probably all evening now.. unless somthing pops up.. but the last time that happened was when a mate sent me a naughty picture

got it valued this week again… the very nice lady (she was rather nice too.. married.. but nice) said £350,000 .. my dads wanting to build another extension too.. a snooker room :D and an on suite shower/bathroom upstaires

me mum does’nt want the mess though.. but the lady said it will add another 25 grand onto the value.. and it would only cost 10 grand.. so a pretty good return i feel
