ok on saturday england play austria in a must win game!
any predictions on it? iv heard and read the sven says he is going for a 442 formation at last
peter crouch being included? good thing bad thing? i mean ok hes scored alot of goals this season for his club :roll:
iv got tickets for thursdays match against poland, but if we dont win on saturday then that match is void really and off to the play offs we go
we cant be seen as a threat to other teams if……we dont qualify outright simple as that
the reason brazil are so feared is mainly because of the talent but also because of the psychological game that they are hard to beat teams go to play brazil and i doubt they are confident about the outcome
teams come to play england and they all think @hey lads we can do this we can beat this lot@
we need more wins even in friendlys where we are playing two teams on in each half
we need to be winning
if we dont hammer austria on saturday on just scrape through with a 1 nil win then im going to be worried

Worrying times indeed…….We have been poor recently, 2 loses and a unconvincing win against Wales in the last three games. well I’ll be watching on sat, expect us to win that one, but you never know…the Poland game will be harder we need to beat them and there a pretty good side, surely the’ll shut up shop and the worry for England is frustration creeping in, Rooney sending off anyone?
Think He’ll play Crouchhe played well against Chelsea on Sunday and I think he’s a decent enough player, he certainly gives us more options, Beckhams been playing well for Madrid as well, so hopefully we can gel as a team and knock a few past both teams and look forward to the World cup with a bit of optimism.
An exciting week for us England fans, hopefully be a triumphent one as well.

Think England might get past Austria, dunno if they’ll get the full points against Poland though.

These are MUST WIN games, so Sven should put out his most experienced players (if they are fit). All these friendlies didn`t really prove much, as the last England games were poor.
I think he’ll play Crouch and Owen up front. Sol’s back in and Rio’s out if all the gossip is to be believed. Got to be a good thing.
I’m no fan of players from Hitler Youth United but I reckon Gary Neville’s been a big miss. We’re going to have to do without Ashley, too.
