If they were racist I wouldn’t vote for them.
So being sexist and homophobic is ok then?
They are racist so more fool you if you do vote for them.
*goes off whistling “I’m dreaming of a white Christmas”
It’s a never-ending argument with you, isn’t it?
I just wonder if the couple had been members of the Labour Party, Lib Dems or Conservative Party whether they’d been treated any differently by this council?
And maybe, as Wordsworth has said, there is a bit more to this story than we actually know about.
Of course if they were members of The Labour Party or Lib Dems they would have been treated differently! Doh!
I’ve not heard any Labour or Liberal Party members refer to black people as “mug nogs” like Farage did.
Perhaps you think that’s ok? Perhaps you think UKIP’s homophobic and sexist views are ok too?
Well, you haven’t said they’re not.

I’m not getting involved in any serious discussions about politics. Sorry. What kind of popcorn is it?
That’s because you know you’re in a no win situation.
24 November, 2012 at 2:48 pm #515944I doubt we have the whole story too Wordsy and quite franky do we ever know the full story even after investigations?
If the couple were racist why would they want to foster the children in question? Seems bizarre. Maybe the couple believe like many, the UKIP does not condone racism just like Terry does? Does it mean because they did foster the children in question they are not racist?
I know English people who’s parents are racists, and they talk about their parents with disgust, so not all children of racist parents grow up to be racists, and vice versa.
I have never heard any negative stories of foster parents, it’s an amazing gift to give a child. A secure and loving home even if it is short term somtimes.
The children were taken away for a reason. In my opinion if the parents are members of the UKIP then it’s the right decision.24 November, 2012 at 2:54 pm #515945Or maybe Kenty, these foster parents are racist and had an ulterior motive for fostering these children.
Most children who are abused / injured are abused by people they know and trust.

In my opinion you should stop being so politically correct and get yourself a life.

So the only possible reason for disapproving of UKIP and believing they are racist is political correctness?
24 November, 2012 at 3:11 pm #515948Terry knows they are racist but he’s in denial.
Try reverse psychology on him, tell him they’re not racist and then he’ll disagree with you and insist they are racist.
24 November, 2012 at 3:17 pm #515949Racist or xenophobic?

The Rotherham council obviously don’t approve of UKIP. Which means they probably don’t agree with freedom of speech either. Not wanting mass migration to Britain is not actually a crime and won’t be unless Rotherham council, panda or Kenty get to make the rules.
