Maybe not Green Street sunny, I wasn’t as impressed by it as I was with Football Factory.
I agree with John, I think it makes the other films of that genre look like rip offs.
Anybody seen This is England? Dave watched it after someone recommending it to us and thought it was rubbish so Ive not bothered with it yet.

sweeney todd…and i kinda liked “this is england!” more for the soundtrack and the politics of the era..the wee lad was excellent as a young guy looking for love..
prefer Shane Meadow’s ” dead man shoes” though,,that was the epitome of brit film,,

in a nutshell a young dude that gets picked on when he joins a bad bunch of londoners..he gets blamed for evetything..brother gets out of army and looks after him,,getting revenge on the kunts that took a loan of his wee bro…its a cracker,but very sad ! and very violent !
