Too many people these days are afraid to get involved in case they are held responsible in some way. It’s not just China, it’s every country in the world, in our own country we have people stepping over a person in a diabetic coma in the street because they assume they must be drunk. We could have a whole discussion on China’s approach to overpopulation and female children but that would take away from this heartrending story.
