Not that recent .. the most recent are dead due to old age in coffins
19 March, 2018 at 12:26 am #1089969This is getting more and more like Monty Python’s Life of Brian.
What scientists are there who are Christian?
oh yeah, well we know about them they were all scared they must have been they lived in olden times.
aw, right, well they were all around 100 years ago.
aw right, well they were feeble-brained scientists, and one was a mathematician.
I mean Hawking (fgs get his name right, rudeboy) was ana theist and a big brain and made the most path-breaking discoveries of his age.
aw right, well I know what they are but they’re so complicated only an idiot would ask what they were.
so there, he’s proved it. All the scientists are feeble-brained like all the religious people on jc, and the wonderful great scientists were all born after 1945 and were big brains.
19 March, 2018 at 12:34 am #1089970I had a friend who was suddenly attacked with stones by Christians as he and his mates emerged from the club when they were kids..
‘Christkillers’ was the shout.
Ah no, that wasn’t us” One of them replied. “That must have been Leeds Jews. They do things like that in Leeds. We’re Salford Jews – we’re all right”.
A medal for that lad, please.
But of course since Christians attacked them – and since Christians were notorious for anti-semitism throughout the ages – then all Christians must be anti-semites as well as feeble-brains. It’s all there in Matthew innit? Don’t cherrypick.
look hard enough at Buchenwald and you can see scep looks like on of the guards. There he is mocking the death camps.Typical.
*starts to wonder about big brains and feeble brains.

Ive asked for egs of scientists living in the modern era subscribing to your religious nonsense and I get ones born in the 19th century.
You are correct in most of the “great scientists ” being born after 1945, it’s called medical advancements or as some may call ” evolution” ,something your silly religion will never support as we all descend from a snake and an apple apparently in the garden of Eden .

Havent a clue what you are rattling on about … as for cherry picking, pot and kettle apply with your religious beliefs ( or lack of them depending on what book in the bible is quoted). You stated you believe in evolution , but believe in the bible- explain the dichotomy

Why should I?
You wouldn’t know what I was going on about.
You only understand about atheists = bigbrains and Christians = feeblebrains.
Anything which doesn’t fit into that category just doesn’t register. You think something must be wrong, or you can’t understand it.
The fact that Christians have disagreed wiht one another over the bible is just cause for amusement.
It doesn’t occur that maybe you can be a Christian and not agree with every word of the bible.
Just beyond you.
like it’s beyond that other BigBrain, Dawkins.
If they’re not all snake-throwing dervishes speaking in tongues and working themselves up into a frenzy, they can’t be Christians. They must be FeebleBrains in another way.
Stands to reason, don’t it?

You keep throwing the same rhetorical rubbish back .. how can you possibly be a Christian and not follow the book your entire faith is based upon? The funniest thing about it is you use the bible to suit your own agenda when it suits but seem to discard it at will reinventing your own unique brand of Christianity. Virtually every post you make refers to Dawkins or playing the metaphorical straw man card in an ever decreasing repertoire of nonsense taking things out of context and not responding to points put to you.
