No it wasnt as ‘good as’ Will. I know what I said and I know what I meant.
And coming from someone who stamps his feet and spits his dummy when someone dares to correct him or say no thats not what you mean will, I think you’ll find ‘hypocritical’ fits that one nicely
14 October, 2009 at 9:17 am #419370And as for narrow minded backstabbers who where quick to turn before they knew facts then you made a good impression of that, you don’t know half cas and yet again you spout your evil bitterness for no good reason.
14 October, 2009 at 9:28 am #419371what was this thread about again?
14 October, 2009 at 9:28 am #419372Ah yes….RIP Stephen Gately
14 October, 2009 at 9:37 am #419373Look people, this constant reference to “backstabbers” seems a little too close to the knuckle when the underlying content of this thread is the so-called gay lifestyle. Let’s try for a little bit of sensitivity here OK?
For the avoidance of doubt, I don’t recall seeing anybody suggesting that Stephen Gately ‘desreved to die’. What has been said quite clearly, both by me and others, is that his unfortunate death was both untimely and totally avoidable. To the extent that his death was avoidable, several people have reserved their “RIP” type sympathies for those whose death was absolutely not of their own doing.
This seems to me to be a perfectly reasonable stance to adopt.
Incidentally, I now see that the less sensationalist press have reported that he died from “natural causes” and added that this was due to a build up of fluid on the lungs – but with no details of how this might have happened. I guess that getting monumentally pissed and subsequently choking to death on your own vomit would be another way of describing “a build up of fluid on the lungs” eh?

It was nothing to do with facts. It was more to do with you not liking what you were hearing and then being as nasty to me as you were to the other person concerned!! No??!! yea well i guess you would say that eh. I’m not being evil or bitter, get over yourself, your really not that important. It initially was more a post to the new user, pointing out that he or she will find plenty of numpties around here and you proved my point nicely netty, so thankyou

14 October, 2009 at 9:51 am #419375It seems to me PB, that unless your going along with the general consensus of people tripping over damp tissues in the mass cryathon for Stephen Gately, your opinion wrong.
Thank god for free speech!!

14 October, 2009 at 10:15 am #419377Does it really matter how he passed…. always sad when someone dies at a young age.
I saw Boyzone live a couple of times ( and don’t care who knows ) they were great and went out of their way to entertain and show their appreciation to their fans (unlike some arrogant groups).
When my friend and I left the concert we saw Steven leaving the stage door and before he got into his car he spent ages greeting fans waiting for him and waved happily to the crowd. Very little bad press has been written about Boyzone….. lets not speculate about how the poor lad went just be sad that the worlds a slightly less bright place without him and others that are taken before their time.
I find it sad that celebrity deaths are sooooo overeported on and create huge amounts of speculation and am glad that I for one will pass quietly and without attention when my time is up and my friends and family will be allowed to grieve in private.
