I think it was because she did not follow what was deemed to be the proper procedures to inform parents of the bullying that she says happened. In other words she didnt follow procedures and put the schools reputation at risk.
Seems very peculiar to me

Ah thanks Mrs T…that would make sense….
However typical of the school to take that path when we hear time and time again parents have pleaded with schools to stop their child being bullied and naming the bullies. Nothing ever being done to protect the victim and in some extreme cases devestatingly the child has taken their own life.We live in a very aggressive society. It’s changed so much from even just 10 years ago. Do you remember in the days when you accidently bumped into someone in the street….both parties would apologise for ages ….do it nowadays and you are confronted with “watch what your f*ing doing” or words to that affect. Driving also. Even if a driver is in the wrong you will get 2 fingers up at you even though you did nothing wrong. And most of us have become excellent lip readers lol.

Was an employment tribuneral….not a judiciary. Strange how it’s not clear, yet been in the news all day. She witnessed a little girl being tied to the school playground railings then hit with a skipping rope. She told the parents of this 7 year old. She went to the papers (don’t know what for) then because of this she was sacked.

its nought like that in warwickshire
we  are all so very polite6 January, 2011 at 5:59 pm #458653I’m lucky that I live in the country my nearest towns are Harrogate in one direction and Skipton in the other. Rural living is more relaxed and less stressed. The slower pace of life provides a sense of community and the openness makes people seem more accessible and kinder to each other.
I have lived in a big city kent so I understand your comments but have to say where I live its not like that at all, thank goodness!
Having experience of both I would never move back to a big city!

Beautifull parts of the world to live in Mrs T. I know Harrogate and Skipton very well, because we have often taken holidays in Yorkshire. Nothing like the scenery in that part of the world either. Lovely. You are lucky.

Very interesting thread ….. particularly as is mentioned ( of course) the term i use quite often here ….’ what goes round – comes round’.. You really surprise me Kent actually , you are talking as if you have never bullied anyone on here at all. Though i think the term ‘ bullied’ is bandied around too often , and not used in it’s correct term sometimes on here .
You , like me Kent , won’t take any shyte on here .. you seem to have clamed down of late , compared to some of the nasty things you have posted about people here in the past . I am well aware that some maybe think i am a bully , merely by putting little quotes on word of the day threads … and fighting my own corner, to that i will say Kent …… If the cap fits. But of course ,if it ‘ is picked up on’ then the word paranoid gets bought into it all over again. One of Your favourite sayings as well i believe Kent.
We can all say we have been so called ‘bullied’ on here , or in the room at some time . I think the problem lies in who likes who tbh … i really dislike some people on here . but at the end of the day i make no bones about it… they know who they are . and if by typing in ‘ what goes round – comes round’ is taken the wrong way . then so be it .. I would hardly call that bullying.
I would also like to say a while ago , a certain chatter on here was run ragged with the term ‘Boots card’ everytime she posted anything. Isn’t the context that was used in, a form of bullying?
Lastly, i would just like to say , as far as i’m concerned , there is only one Bully that i can see on these boards …. and you all know who i think that is .. again . i haven’t hidden the fact .
This of course, is only my opinion , and i have not posted this to cause trouble , before anyone thinks otherwise.
you dont arf talk some tosh
only my opinion of course:lol: Funny how a certain person has made no comment to my post other than you Thin …but then i’m not surprised…
And as for me talking tosh Thin… you would know ‘ Luv’
