ok because it is sooo random I’ll give you four clues
he wasn’t poisoned or stabbed in the process
noone else was involved
he didn’t actually get chance to eat the fish
he was not indoors
bonus hint: be warned I’m getting this from a book of super lateral thinking puzzles, the sad thing is that this is the only one in the book that anyone would even stand a chance of getting right without cheating and looking at the answers… sorry
