He was a king, he should be buried with full honours!
State funeral!
Bank Holiday!
(This time I’m gonna make a bundle selling flags or bones or daffodils or sommat . . . . . . )

I worked in Leicester about 20 years ago and the company car I was given was an Escort RS Turbo – fun to drive but a magnet to car thieves. I watched from 11th floor office as two lads tried to steal it and having failed did a runner. Being so high up it was easy to direct the police right to the lads who had been locked up overnight after a bungled car theft the day before and then released after appearing in court that morning

Many thanks for the kind wishes for the operation.
Everything went well though the surgeon said the cataract was very big and removing it made the eye swell a lot which was quite painful. She gave me some tablets to reduce the swelling and this morning I woke up without any pain at all. Already the vision is starting to return to the eye so in a day or two I should be able to see much more clearly.
All I have to do now is put a bucket full of various eye drops in morning, noon and night, and then a visit to the ophthalmologist next week to get the eye checked and a new prescription for my glasses

Hope all goes well, be a good patient
