31 October, 2008 at 6:43 am #385909they say revenge is best served cold
and thats how I do revenge
you see
I never bear a grudge
so after a time
I forget
my anger dissipates
alls well with the world
I even don’t feel the need for the last word
I feel no words at all is bestshame others don’t do the same
at least I keep my dignity31 October, 2008 at 8:51 am #385910Can’t say I’ve ever felt the need to get revenge, but one of my favourite stories was where that Lady Moon somebody or other cut up her husbands Savile Row suits and planted his cellar of vintage wine on the door step of the locals after finding out he was having an affair. Why can’t I wake up to 4 pints of 1981 Chateau la fete instead of a carton of semi skimmed!
The other one that made me chuckle was where a women seperating from her husband stuffed prawn shells in the curtain poles of the marital home so it stank to high heaven when people came to view it. Not being able to sell it the husband let her buy her share at a much reduced price. Brilliant!

He contacted his wife, asking her to sell his beloved BMW and to send him half the proceeds. So she did, she put it in exchange n mart for £1, and sent him 50p,,,,,,,    priceless!! lol
31 October, 2008 at 10:58 am #385913Having been the instigator in the ending of all of my previous partnerships, I haven’t at any time had reason to seek revenge, and I think that people who do so are sad barstards to be honest..all of my exes continue to hold me in their affections, but as far as I’m concerned, regardless of the circumstances, when something is over..it’s over..time to move on.
With regard to revenge per se, my own passions and furies are instantly aroused but as swiftly banished; I either carry out the deed in the here and now, or the desire to do so suffocates as quickly as the muffled flames of my anger. This isn’t as the result of a forgiving nature so much as of a disinterested one.
The exception to my general rule, is where someone wrongs one my loved ones, but even then my response is of a terrifying and instant wrathfulness..not revenge but the apportioning of a rightful justice, the fury of all hell broken loose and married to the baleful blast of every flailing fallen angel. :twisted:31 October, 2008 at 11:42 am #385914@esmeralda wrote:
