Hmmm… I think it was a client ban not an ip ban. I’m not sure if it was google or a ms edge problem
The only advice I can is:
Let linda sign in on your account.
If Linda still cant log in then its a ip/cookie/client issue and easy to fix.
If she can then its not a client ban/ip issue, just an account ban. Martin will have to sort that out.

Linda it sounds to me its your IP address conflicting so a fix may have to happen your end.
If you don’t know how to use a VPN as one of the fixes . I would suggest to switch off your router when you go to bed tonight and then leave it switched off all night. In the morning switch it back on and hopefully if possible you will be assigned a new IP address. This should fix your problem if not you will need to use a VPN
