Actually though thinking abt it i wonder just how many people do have consensual sex when drunk and then cry rape after, cos he has a point when drunk u dont make always sensible decisions, thats dodgy ground and any woman that did cry rape drunk or not deserves as long in prison as a rapist

I think that its all too much of an excuse to say that you were drunk. How can you be that drunk that you dont evan here your victim screaming get off!!

Thats very true pete.. But some women do cry wolf dont they and then thats what makes people think, but then the women that are real victims are questioned about!
