Well sorry this post is about animals so you’ll have to go elsewhere to discuss your worries.

Perhaps they are catching more people. Some cruelty is neglect, where the owners are inadequates who are, or have become, incapable of caring for pets. Other cruelty is deliberate and malicious, and that is worrying. Other cases might be due to children not being aware of the consequences of ‘experiments’ on animals.

I think its disturbing its on the up, but the RSPCA dont do a good enough job in my eyes. In my opinion they could do more and i say this from personal experience such as over the road from TAD (my sister) a man rung a kittens neck and didnt quite kill it, it died later from its injuries. The RSPCA got involved took the kitten and left all the other animals in the house. TAD was worried by this so rang them again and again she will back me up on this, all of the people in the house are up for charges related to the kitten but STILL have other animals. The reason the man strangled a kitten??? He ran out of cigarettes!!!!!

What a specimen Becky – a real hard man – strangling a kitten

I’m not sure that the RSPCA will have power to take animals away without first getting some sort of court order
When the guy has been convicted – they will probably ban him from keeping any animals for x years
let’s hope the bstrd dies of cancer

He is scum, animals cant defend themselves. Mind you mine and TADS mom had him in the street a few times and TAD is hugely preggers and still did her bit  I hope he rots in hell!

the rspca are cr*p. ive phoned b4 loads of times, and they have never responded in the way i wanted them to.

if you ever need them in a hurry just say rolf harris is with you and then loads of them will appear as if by magic.

you are actually better of ringing the police (and it was in the Sun today to do so if you suspect animal cruelty).

In saying this, when the new animal welfare bill comes in soon they may have more powers than now (they damn well need them)
