Anyway, back on subject….. what do we think of this new censorship system being implimented by Forumhost GM??

In principle GM is perfectly correct…….. but gawd how fecking boring this place is gonna become.I had a post of mine removed. It wasn’t excactly abusive….. I just pointed out how I thought the subject matter was stupid and ridiculous. I would call that constructive critisism. Is that also not allowed?
We’ve just had a site makeover and we felt that this provided a good opportunity to draw a line and reflect the wishes of the majority of JustChat users by deleting posts that are deliberatley offensive towards other users or that specifically set out to make a personal attack on another user.
Arguments, differences of opinion, banter, piss taking, and so on are all fine – so is sarcasm and irony thank God – but posts that become grossly offensive, posting pictures without the user’s consent, personal abuse or threats and so on will all be deleted as soon as they are seen by a Moderator.
For the avoidance of doubt, this policy will be applied to ALL users.

No soulie, in line with JustChat policy AND following requests from a substantial number of users, we are not prepared to allow any more personal abuse (as outlined above by GM and by me) from ANY user no matter who they are.
I hope that this clears up the point for you.
