You didn’t refuse to pay, you have offered payment and provided the means to for it to be collected, they – through their agents, the bank, haven’t collected. Don’t worry about it.

Granted they might spring collection on you at an inconvenient time, so if you’re really concerned, give them a call and ask when the money will be collected. If the offer was through one of these third party discount people, you might find delays, because a lot of organisations use administrative inefficiency as a way to save overheads.

I’d phone and fess up, but Im a sucker for things like that.
