    Look Cath – somebody has to do the sarcasm round here and that task has fallen to me to perform OK?

    And I don’t agree that my comment was inane. It might have been stating the bloody obvious, true, but since when was that a criminal offence???

    sarcasm is all well and good in its place PB …………..and as far as using the word inane it was exactly the right word to use………here are just a few alternatives offered by thesaurus……

    Absurd
    Ridiculous
    Idiotic
    Stupid
    Frivolous
    Childish
    Immature
    mindless
